Pressed by our friends at Dunham Massey by fourth-generation farmer, Chris Hewitt. Long before they’re pressed, these apples have been nurtured, pruned and picked by Joel, Head Grower on Hawarden Estate.
A genuinely local, provenance-led partnership, where the produce never leaves our supply chain. And most often enjoyed within an apple core’s throw of where the fruit grew.
Simple stuff, heightened by some gentle intervention from true experts.
