This is a smooth, rich balsamic with a real depth of flavour and a mellow taste profile. It’s sweet, of course it’s sweet, but there’s a hint of soft caramel that makes this unctuous drizzle endlessly moreish. We tasted a lot of balsamic in our search for the right one and this was by far the most distinguished.
