Medium-bodied, succulent. There’s real freshness here; it has a lively acidity to keep you returning to the glass.

Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures, preserving the ripe, juicy character of the grapes. The result is a pale rosebud pink, with wild strawberries and soft red berries on the nose, and a little white nectarine on the palate.
