This is our own white, made in partnership with Plaimont, a quality-focused winery rooted in the foothills of the Pyrénées.

Winemaker Christine Cabri brings together equal parts Colombard and Ugni Blanc to make a wine that is fresh and versatile. Cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruit, it’s pale lemon in the glass, with an open nose of white flowers and a bright, zippy hit of lemon.

When searching for a reliable house wine we knew that a storied merchant was a logical place to start. Literally our first call was to our most trusted supplier, the Royal Warrant holder Corney & Barrow, one of Britain's oldest independent wine merchants (established 1780).
